- You're using current production models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok) and Perplexity (Sonar) — the same models the providers ship, not smaller or distilled substitutes.
- Generous, predictable limits.
- AI Suite includes hundreds of messages a month per seat. AI Suite Plus roughly doubles it. Typical staff use falls well inside these limits.
- No surprise bills.
- If a seat uses up its allowance on the most advanced models, it keeps working on the standard models rather than stopping. If a seat reaches its overall monthly limit we tell you in the app, and you can talk to us about more capacity or moving your organisation to Plus. We never charge you for overage you didn't approve.
Your data, plainly
The questions a board asks before approving a subscription.
- Your prompts are not used to train models.
- Nothing your team types is used to train any provider's models.
- Your data stays on our servers, for as long as you choose.
- Conversations are stored on Mission Host servers and kept for the retention period you set — as short as a single day, or as long as you need. It defaults to one year, and a nightly job permanently deletes anything older.
- We can't read your conversations from our own tools.
- Our staff console shows account and usage figures only, never message content. A small number of our engineers can reach the underlying database, and do so only to look into a problem you've asked us about.
- Your workspace admin can be given access — but only if you turn it on.
- Read-only visibility of your team's conversations is available to your own workspace admin. It is switched off by default, every session is time-limited, and every conversation opened is recorded.
- Cancelling deletes your conversations.
- Your conversation data is removed according to the retention period set on your account. Billing records are kept separately, as accounting requires.

Do I need to install anything?
No. AI Suite runs in any browser — Mac, Windows, Chromebook or iPad. Native Windows and Linux apps are available if you want them, and macOS, iOS and Android apps are in app-store review.
When will the macOS and mobile apps be available?
They are in app-store review. Review times are set by Apple and Google rather than by us, so we are not putting a date on it. The browser version already does everything the apps will do.
What are the usage limits, and what happens if we reach them?
Each seat includes hundreds of messages a month, and typical staff use falls well inside that. If a seat uses up its allowance for the most advanced models, it keeps working on the standard models rather than stopping. If a seat reaches its overall monthly limit we tell you in the app, and you can talk to us about more capacity or moving your organisation to AI Suite Plus. We never charge you for overage you did not approve.
Are our prompts used to train AI models?
No. Your conversations are not used to train any provider's models.
Where is our conversation data stored, and for how long?
On Mission Host servers, for exactly as long as the account owner chooses. The retention period is a setting on your workspace: it can be as short as a single day or as long as you need, and it defaults to one year. A nightly job permanently deletes conversations older than that.
Who can read our conversations?
Nobody at Mission Host can read your conversations through our staff tools — the admin console we use shows account and usage figures only, never message content. A small number of our engineers can reach the underlying database, and do so only to investigate a problem you have asked us to look into. Separately, your own workspace admin can be given read-only access to your team's conversations, but that setting is switched off unless you turn it on.
Can we add or remove seats mid-month, and how is that billed?
Yes, from the admin console. Adding seats takes effect straight away, and you pay only the prorated cost for the rest of the billing period rather than a full month. Removing seats takes effect at your next renewal — we don't credit back the remainder of a period you've already paid for.
What happens to our conversations if we cancel?
They are deleted according to the retention period set on your account. Your billing records are kept separately, as accounting requires.
